Can I customize the tasting menu?
Yes — every menu is built around you. Chef Primera designs each experience from scratch based on your tastes, preferences, and the occasion. Swap courses, add signature dishes, or request something entirely new.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies?
Absolutely. Chef Primera accommodates gluten-free, vegan, keto, nut-free, shellfish-free, and other dietary needs. Please disclose all allergies at booking so the menu can be designed with complete confidence.
How many guests can you serve?
From intimate dinners for two to gatherings of 20+. The tasting menu format works beautifully for 2–12 guests. For larger events, contact us to discuss catering options.
When must I finalize my menu selection?
Final menu selections must be confirmed no later than 72 hours prior to your event. This ensures time for specialty ingredient sourcing. Last-minute changes are welcome at Chef's discretion.
Does the chef provide all ingredients and equipment?
Yes. Chef Primera handles all shopping, specialty sourcing, and arrives with any necessary equipment. All you need to provide is a functional kitchen — the rest is taken care of.
Are seasonal specials available?
Yes. Chef Primera incorporates the finest seasonal and local ingredients available. If you have a seasonal preference or a specific ingredient in mind, mention it at booking and it will be woven into your menu design.
