Anthony Primera's culinary journey began in the kitchens of Scottsdale's finest dining establishments, where he spent a decade mastering the craft alongside some of the most accomplished chefs in the Southwest and Pacific Northwest.

After honing his skills in Seattle's vibrant food scene and returning to Arizona, Anthony spent seven years as a catering chef — developing a deep understanding of hospitality, scale, and the art of creating unforgettable experiences for discerning guests.

In 2019, he founded A Prime Dinners with a singular vision: to bring the artistry and intimacy of a world-class restaurant directly into the homes of Scottsdale's most discerning hosts.
