Absolutely — and he does it beautifully. Traditional holiday menus are a staple of Chef Primera's holiday service: roast turkey with housemade gravy, prime rib, honey-glazed ham, homemade sides, and from-scratch desserts. Everything from scratch, nothing from a box.
How far in advance should I book for the holidays?
As early as possible. Thanksgiving bookings typically fill by early October. Christmas and New Year's Eve dates fill by mid-November. We strongly recommend booking 4 to 6 weeks ahead for any major holiday date to guarantee availability.
Can Chef Primera handle a large extended family gathering?
Yes. Holiday gatherings from 8 to 30+ guests are within Chef Primera's scope. For very large groups, additional staffing may be discussed during the consultation. Guest count and space logistics are covered at the time of booking.
What if family members have conflicting dietary needs?
