As early as possible. Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Eve dates fill months in advance. We recommend booking no later than 6 to 8 weeks before your preferred holiday, and ideally in September or October for Thanksgiving and Christmas engagements.

Can Chef Primera cook Thanksgiving dinner for a large family?

Yes. The holiday menu scales to accommodate 6 to 20+ guests. For very large groups, Chef Primera may bring kitchen assistance. Share your guest count when booking and he will confirm logistics.

Does Chef Primera do both cooking and serving at holiday events?

Chef Primera handles all cooking and plating. For larger holiday events where full tableside service is desired, an additional server can be coordinated — mention this request during booking.

Can the holiday menu be customized for our family's traditions?

Absolutely. If your family has traditional dishes that are important to the holiday — a specific stuffing recipe, a grandparent's pie, a regional tradition — Chef Primera can incorporate them into the menu. Share these during the pre-event consultation.
